The Best Show, PERIOD is the brain child of burlesque performers and producers Pepper Mills (Indianapolis, IN) and Siren Santina (Knoxville, TN). Their first production was held March 28, 2015 at The White Rabbit Cabaret in Indianapolis, IN and was a HUGE SUCCESS. Over $700 was raised for The Damien Center, a local Indiana charity benefiting those affected by HIV/AIDS, through an art auction and general donations. Donations of over 1,000 pads, panty liners, and tampons were also collected through the event.
The success of their 2015 effort inspired a sequel endeavor, coming to Knoxville, Tennessee in the summer of 2016.

Pepper Mills
Raised by feral drag queens, Pepper Mills is an established burlesque performer who has been delighting audiences since 2010 in Indiana and beyond. With an exuberant personality and an abundance of creativity, Pepper has been a key player in the rejuvenation and revival of the Indiana burlesque scene. In 2013, Pepper joined the cast of the Chicago based Glitter Guild to perform at the wildly successful Thursday night burlesque show at GenCon.
Pepper has attended multiple years of BurlyCon which has given her the opportunity to study, learn and connect with some of the top burlesque performers in the world. Mills has also attended numerous workshops and studied one on one with professional performers on developing her persona regarding overall performing, costuming, brand marketing and movement since beginning to perform in 2010.
In addition to performing, Pepper has successfully created and produced "An Evening of" series (benefiting Making Strides Against Breast Cancer), Pepper’s Grind, The Best Show - PERIOD, Pepper’s Playhouse and is the branch manager of Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School Indianapolis. In 2014, Pepper partnered with long time peer and friend, Bunny VanDoren to co-host a monthly Indiana burlesque community craft night that connects performers across many artistic genres to network, learn from each other and promote a healthy community for all members. These events have allowed Bunny and Pepper to create and co-produce "PEEP!", a quarterly booked open stage for variety performers in Indiana since 2015.

Siren Santina
Siren Santina is a burlesque performer, educator, and producer from Knoxville, Tennessee. Miss Santina has traveled throughout the country, performing at burlesque and vaudeville festivals from coast to coast including notable events such as The Colorado Burlesque Festival, The New Orleans Burlesque Festival, The Show Me Burlesque Festival, and The Burlesque Hall of Fame’s “Movers, Shakers, and Innovators” showcase. In 2011 she made it reign at the Southern Fried Burlesque Festival in Atlanta, GA, where she was crowned the first ever Southern Fried Burlesque Queen and in 2012 Miss Santina represented the United States at the World Burlesque Games in London, England. Siren is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Salomé Cabaret Burlesque Revue and enjoys drinking hard liquor and reading about mummies (at the same time). Also, she really likes cats and Chinese Cresteds.
Siren Santina was born and raised in the foothills of Tennessee's Great Smoky Mountains. Inspired by local legend Dolly Parton, Siren developed a passion for music (and large breasts) and began entertaining her family and friends with song and dance. Her tastes didn't always align themselves with those of her country comrades, and eventually her audience tired of her secular repertoire. After shamefully failing to take top prize in the Sevier County Fair's Hog Calling Contest, she fled across the Atlantic in search of some non-appalachian appreciation. Siren toured the famous music halls of England, the opera houses of Italy, and the cabarets of France and Germany. Eventually she made her way to Spain, where she performed a combination of zarzuela and topless flamenco on the streets for change. Having discovered her true purpose in life, she proudly returned to her Tennessee home where she has been performing her unique version of "European-Country-Musical-Burlesque" ever since.
